Performance
The Nissan Frontier is powered by a 3.8-liter V6 engine that delivers 310 horsepower and 281 pound-feet of torque. The nine-speed automatic transmission and the choice of either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive capabilities produce a powerful but smooth driving experience with exceptional handling. The automatic start/stop technology also saves some gas while idling. The maximum towing capacity varies by trim, but the entry-level S trim can haul up to 6,640 pounds when you have a big job to do near Frostburg.
